Ten years is 3,650 days.
Decade is an iPhone app that removes Reels, Shorts and Explore from Instagram and YouTube, keeps the people, and shows you and your friends how the hours add up.
Compound interest
A = P(1 + r)n
Compound interest. It works on money. It works on attention. What you give your attention to every day becomes what you are good at, what you care about and who you spend your time with.
The feed knows this. It was built to collect the interest.
Over ten years that is 10,950 hours. 456 full days. 1.25 years of your life, awake, looking at other people's lives.
What Decade does
Removes the feed. Instagram and YouTube open inside Decade without Reels, Shorts, Explore and suggested posts. You get what you came for and nothing that was put there to keep you.
Keeps the people. Messages, friends' posts, stories and posting stay. Decade never asks for your passwords, and nothing you do inside Instagram or YouTube leaves your phone.
Counts the days. Your iPhone measures your screen time, so nobody types anything in. You see your number. Invite friends and they see it too. Least time wins the week.
The decade already started.
